| Personal Information |
Barbara and Wayne attended Iowa State University and married shortly after graduating. They moved to Kansas City with their young and expanding family in 1975. Kansas City became home to an active group of 12 children. After 35 years of corporate experience in sales, management, commercial/industrial real estate, construction real estate, Wayne joined Barbara in residential real estate with RE/MAX in 2001.

| Our Children |
Kathy- Spouse Matt- Both graduated from University of Nebraska. Matt serves as Ex. Director of the Ohaha Sports Complex and holds a position at Cabellas. Kathy and Matt have three children- Emily, Michael and Oliver. Emily is a first year student at Bryn Mar. Michael is a soccer phenom. There newest addition Oliver was born June 12th, 2009, weighing 8 lbs. and smiles 23 hours per day and now very active.
Robert-Spouse Sam- Bob is a Senior VP of Swiss Re. Sam keeps us all grounded. They live in New York. They have two sons- Robert and Collin. Robert Jr. is a budding thespian and Collin is into drums. They are world-wide travelers and the family just returned home from Zurich, Switzerland where they lived for over 2 years.
Andrew- Spouse Amber- Live in Monroe City, Mo, where Andy manages a rehab center- Amber a nurse. Three awesome girls- Makenna, Danielle and Delaney. Amber is a nurse Andy bleeds Nebraska Red. They are the proud parents of new son, Jameson Grey. An Andy look alike.
Jim-Spouse Vusala- Children Jamila (smart), Benjamin(engaging), and Joseph- Vusala is multilingual (5 languages) and studying pre-med. Jim is in retail and wholesale sales. They recently moved back to the Northland. Vusala and family are from Baku, Azerbaijan. Jim is a Rockhurst Graduate. Jim is the Mancillious International winner ’06,07,08,09,10 and 11. Their newest addition, Joseph, is a very content, handsome and like his siblings full of curiosity and intelligence..
Matthew- Spouse Tricia- Matt graduated from Marquette and Tricia graduated from LSU. They live in New York- Matt works with the New York School system and Tricia works in public housing support and funding management. Great news, a daughter, Stella Kate, May 2010 (Big beautiful eyes) and son due in March.
Sarah- Works at Cerner Corp, and is a journalism graduate from KU. She recently completed her Master degree. Sarah speaks at schools and special youth groups throughout the city on safety and high risk behavior. Sarah finished building that dream home with brother Tony as a roomer.
John- Spouse Kristen - John works with State Street Financial in KC. John is a MU grad while Kristin is a KU grad (no comment). Kristen is a principal for a Charter school in Kansas City. All sports for John, Kristen enjoys long distance running.
Laura- Spouse Todd- Sons Trent and Noah - who keeps them busy. Todd is a longtime professional in IT Systems Support at DST. Laura formally in IT, now assistant to Barb and Wayne at SNYDER and Associates. Go MU. New son Noah, like Trent is gregarious and full of smiles. Going to be smart athletes.
Nicholas- Spouse Angie- Nick works at Cerner and Angie works at Black Top Creative. Both widely recognized as creators of www.Nerdbots.net. They develop and market specialty robots and certain supportive items. They are Northwest Missouri graduates and busy multi-taskers. See their website.
Anthony- Tony works in the Banking business and loves it. Tony has his Real Estate license in referral. Tony recently was discharged from military service. If you ever have a tech question or need a favor ask Tony. What a great attitude!
Rachel- Graduated MU as a business and marketing major in December. She now is employed at Cerner in the IT field. She trains hospital staffs around the country on their products. Pretty, sharp witted and engaged to a very nice guy. Never compete with her in trivial pursuit.
Chris- After graduating from NW MO State, he joined Statestreet Financial. Likes his work. He is into sports, loves the MU Tigers, and saving money. Spending time in Platte City of late with a really cool young lady.
